Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied. This policy explains your rights to cancel and to a refund. It works alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Your consumer guarantees
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, is not fit for a purpose we agreed, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy — which may include having the service supplied again or, where appropriate, a refund. We do not apply a blanket “no refunds” rule.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing hello@crackmyjob.ai. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not generally provide partial refunds for the unused part of a paid period unless required by law or a consumer guarantee applies.
3. One-off purchases (job packs)
Because a job pack is a digital product generated and delivered immediately, please review your purchase carefully. If there is a problem with what you received — for example it was not delivered, or it failed to meet a consumer guarantee — contact us and we will make it right by re-supplying the pack or providing a refund, as appropriate.
4. How to request a refund
Email hello@crackmyjob.ai with your account email and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly — this is usually faster than a chargeback.
