Usage Policy

This policy explains how plans, monthly allowances, fair use, credits, mock interviews and data retention work, so there are no surprises. It works alongside our Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Plans & what's included
We offer Free, Starter, Pro and Career+. The Free plan shows your interview probability score. Paid plans unlock your full score breakdown, job packs (tailored resume, cover letter, interview Q&As, salary intel and outreach), Job Match searches, and — on Career+ — AI mock interviews and the progression tracker. The current inclusions and prices are shown on the Plans page.
2. Monthly allowances & reset cycle
Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of each action (scores, Job Match searches, job packs and, on Career+, mock interviews). Allowances reset every 30 days on your billing date — the day your subscription started or last renewed — not on the calendar 1st. This means you always get a full cycle for what you pay. You can see your current usage and reset date any time under Billing in your account.
3. Fair use
Our allowances are set generously for genuine personal job-seeking. To keep the service sustainable and fast for everyone, a high daily safety limit sits behind each allowance to stop automated, bulk or abusive use. Normal use will never reach it. We may contact you, or apply reasonable limits, if usage is clearly automated, shared across many people, or otherwise outside ordinary personal use. The service is for your own job search and must not be resold.
4. Credits
Credits are one-off top-ups that extend your usage once a monthly allowance is used up, and they unlock paid actions where your plan allows. Indicative costs: 1 job pack = 15 credits, 1 Job Match search = 3, 1 score = 1, and 1 mock interview = 25. Credits do not expire while your account is active. If you cancel or downgrade, any remaining credits are retained and usable for 90 days; if you fully delete your account, credits are removed at the end of the 90-day restore window (see section 7).
5. AI mock interviews (Career+)
Career+ includes 2 AI mock interviews per job as fair use, within the plan's monthly safety cap of 8 across all jobs. You can add credits for up to 2 more practice runs per job (25 credits each), up to 4 per job. A mock counts as used once you enter the interview (even if you leave early), so it is recorded and scored fairly. Mock interviews are AI simulations for practice only and do not guarantee any outcome.
6. Billing, renewals & cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in AUD and include GST for Australian customers. They renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Billing in your account; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, after which the account reverts to Free. A tax invoice is issued for every payment (subscriptions, renewals and credit top-ups) and is available to download from Billing. 7. Data, insights & retention
When you downgrade to Free or cancel, your account stays active and your saved resumes, job packs, scores, mock scorecards, progression history and remaining credits are retained so you can pick up where you left off. If you choose to delete your account, your data is hidden immediately and kept restorable for 90 days, after which it — including any remaining credits — is permanently removed. For legal and audit purposes we keep a minimal record of your consent and key billing actions (not your resume content) for up to 7 years. Full details are in our Privacy Policy. We ask you to acknowledge this retention policy when you cancel or delete your account.
8. Accuracy & no guarantee
Scores, matches, rewrites and mock feedback are AI-generated estimates to help your job search. They can be inaccurate and do not guarantee any interview, offer or outcome. See our Disclaimer.
9. Changes & contact
We may update allowances, credit costs or this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected here and, where appropriate, notified to you. Questions?
